Qualifications

• Prior on-site coordination, staffing, or workforce management experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory or 2–4 years customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage attendance and daily workforce updates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main on-site contact between On Target Staffing, temporary employees, and warehouse leadership.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and attendance tracking.
• Monitor headcount and workforce performance daily.
• Communicate staffing updates including no-shows and late arrivals.
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership on daily staffing needs.
• Support timekeeping records for payroll and invoicing.
• Coach employees to improve productivity and attendance.
• Assist with recruiting, staffing coordination, and employee placement.
• Ensure PPE and site dress code compliance.
• Complete administrative duties as needed.
• Support end-of-assignment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to client and employees.
