Job summary

Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking an Onsite Staffing Representative / Recruiter for a full-time, contract role based in Pico Rivera, CA. The position is onsite with a schedule from 10:00am to 7:30pm, offering an hourly wage of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (DOE).

You will source, screen, and place candidates, partnering with hiring managers to keep pipelines organized. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing the process from sourcing to selection, and attending job fairs.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing skills required.
• Strong candidate screening and selection abilities.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with payroll is preferred.

Responsibilities
