Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Staff Performance Manager for a large, on-site operation in Irvine, CA. You will lead recruiting, build client relationships, and drive workforce performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role entails alternating two-week shift rotations, on-call support, and collaboration with client leadership to forecast staffing needs and optimize attendance and turnover metrics. Competitive salary with bonus potential is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or onsite management experience.
• Leadership or management experience required.
• Experience supporting high-volume staffing operations required, preferably in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build credibility and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience with ATS, CRM systems, and workforce management tools.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong leadership and employee coaching abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative and strategic recruiting mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct new hire orientations and first-day employee check-ins.
• Partner with client leadership to understand staffing forecasts and workforce needs.
• Monitor attendance, headcount, turnover, and workforce performance metrics.
• Coach employees on performance, attendance, safety, and workplace expectations.
• Support workers compensation claims and workplace incident investigations.
• Serve as a professional onsite partner while interacting with clients, employees, and other staffing providers.
