Responsibilities

• Coordinate/manage the requisition of temporary employment.
• Ensure timely fulfillment with Masis Staffing Solutions branch office to meet standards.
• Oversee temporary associates’ work, attendance, and timesheet accuracy.
• Expedite orders with team to reduce cycle time to fill orders.
• Coordinate recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
• Conduct orientation and performance checks as needed.
• Act as liaison between temporary staff and client supervisors to resolve issues.
• Maintain contact with account principals to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support top-of-mind relationships through in-person visits and consultative engagement.
• Exceed client and talent expectations with innovative employment solutions.
• Enter data into Masis’ tracking system and keep records current.
• Coordinate drug testing and fitness determinations.
