Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an On-Site Manager to oversee the client site in Port Deposit, MD, ensuring accurate service delivery, compliant records, and productive relations with client staff and Masis teams.

You will coordinate temporary staffing requisitions, supervise associates, and drive continuous improvement through effective communication, scheduling, and on-site supervision across shifts, while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
• Minimum 2–3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/manage the requisition of temporary employment.
• Expedite orders with Masis Staffing Solutions branch office to meet fulfillment standards.
• Ensure all temporary associates work, arrive on time and properly document times.
• Coordinate temporary associate recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and client supervisors to resolve issues.
• Maintain close contact with key principals at the account to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits and consultative relationships.
• Data entry into Masis Staffing Solutions ATS, maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate drug testing and fitness determinations appointments.
