Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an On-Site Manager to oversee the client site and ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing services. You will supervise Masis staff and temporary associates, ensure timely timesheets, and maintain compliant records and productive working conditions.

The role focuses on coordinating requisitions, expediting orders with the branch, building strong client relationships, and continually improving service delivery while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• College preferred with staffing experience a plus.
• High-volume recruiting experience in staffing preferred.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/manage the requisition of temporary employment.
• Ensure orders are expedited to meet fulfillment standards.
• Supervise temporary associates to ensure proper timesheets and attendance.
• Coordinate temporary associate recognition programs to boost morale.
• Liaise between temporary staff and client supervisors to resolve issues.
• Maintain client satisfaction through in-person visits and proactive communication.
• Enter data into Masis Staffing Solutions ATS and maintain records.
• Coordinate drug testing and fitness determinations appointments.
• Perform other duties as required.
