Job summary

Randstad is hiring a Site Manager to support our RIS division on-site at a client location. You will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions.

The Site Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client’s HR function, managing all aspects of the workforce. The role requires 3+ years in sales/recruiting and 1+ year in high-volume staffing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Professional communication across all client levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs.
• Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates according to client profiles and workforce forecasts.
• Comply with operational standards and employment laws.
• Conduct in-person client visits to foster a consultative relationship.
• Market talent's skills to match client needs and candidates.
• Provide innovative, effective employment solutions.
• Deliver services that delight clients and talent.
