Employbridge is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager to lead client-site staffing, supervise personnel, and ensure timely delivery of services. The role focuses on coaching, performance reviews, and setting up efficient processes to meet client needs.

You will coordinate recruitment, oversee payroll accuracy, and generate essential reports while delivering superior customer service and building strong client relationships. This full-time role offers bonus potential and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Proven success leading a team or process.
• Familiarity with process-driven environments.
• Ability to lead and build diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient with operational software and MS Office.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports.
• Manage employee relations at the site including coaching and performance reviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate workers' compensation reporting and incident handling.
• Participate in service reviews at the client site.
• Act as liaison between branch and client.
• Deliver superior customer service and build relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
