Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager for the Durham, NC area to oversee the 2nd shift on-site team and ensure seamless client service delivery. You will manage candidate flow, onboarding, and reporting, while collaborating with client leadership to forecast needs and optimize staffing solutions.

The role requires strong HR/data management skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
• Experience in a customer service role handling multi-level client communication and HR/data management.
• Proven ability to lead a team or process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates daily.
• Conduct new hire orientations and on-boarding checks.
• Audit onboarding requirements and confirm start readiness.
• Communicate workforce needs to client with labor data insights.
• Participate in client forecasting and stay informed on business needs.
• Manage attendance and headcount reports.
• May process weekly payroll and maintain time clock data.
• Document safety incidents and participate in safety/efficiency reviews.
• Handle workers’ comp and unemployment paperwork.
• Build rapport with management and supervisors across departments.
• Map client relationships and escalate workforce challenges with solutions.
• Create reports using CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance systems.
