Job summary

Valor Talent Solutions is seeking an Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support our warehouse staffing operations in Illinois. The role is onsite, full-time, Monday through Friday from 8am to 2:30pm, with responsibilities including attendance tracking, coordinating with workers and client supervisors, and immediate problem resolution.

You should have warehouse experience, strong time management and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse staffing or onsite coordinating a plus.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle to visit multiple nearby locations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Basic computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Attendance Tracking: Check in employees, track attendance, and manage call-outs.
• Communication: Coordinate schedules with workers and client supervisors.
• Onsite Resolution: Resolve attendance issues and arrange replacements.
• Onboarding & Support: Assist onboarding and maintain candidate pipeline.
• Site Visits: Visit local work locations to coordinate operations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate attendance and replacement records.
