Ron’s Staffing is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to oversee all temporary employees assigned to the third-party client. This role ensures proper staffing levels, supports daily operations, and maintains strong communication between the staffing agency and third-party management to uphold safety standards.

The coordinator serves as the point of contact for the temp workforce, ensuring compliance, productivity, and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in staffing or onsite coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily check-in/check-out of all temporary employees.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts and coordinate last-minute replacements.
• Conduct orientation for new temps at the job site and assign workers by skill and production needs.
• Monitor performance and relay feedback to the agency.
• Support safety programs and PPE compliance; assist with incident reporting.
