Job summary

sg360° is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator - Temporary Workforce to coordinate day-to-day processes supporting the company’s temporary workforce program. The role interfaces with Human Resources, Operations, and staffing agency onsite representatives to ensure staffing coverage, consistent processes, timely communication, and accurate reporting.

The position monitors agency service delivery, maintains records, and elevates significant issues to the appropriate leader.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in HR or business admin.
• 2–3 years in HR, staffing, or workforce coordination required.
• Experience with staffing agencies or temporary workforce processes preferred.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or production environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily temporary workforce operations and staffing updates.
• Serve as HR contact for onsite staffing agency representatives.
• Prepare and maintain temporary workforce reports and dashboards.
• Monitor attendance, retention, turnover, and replacement activity.
• Escalate safety, harassment, or compliance concerns to HR, Safety, or Legal.
• Coordinate temporary-to-regular conversions with Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Identify process gaps and assist with approved process changes.
