Job summary

Ron\'s Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to oversee temporary employees at the client site. You will manage check-ins/outs, ensure staffing levels, and act as the liaison between the staffing agency and third-party management.

Responsibilities include safety training tracking, floor walkthroughs, incident support, and participation in production and safety meetings, with bilingual English/Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of staffing or onsite coordination experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily check-in/check-out of all temporary employees.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts and coordinate replacements.
• Conduct orientation for new temps at the job site.
• Assign workers to departments based on skills and needs.
• Monitor performance and relay feedback to the agency.
• Maintain safety training and PPE compliance.
• Serve as onsite liaison and participate in meetings.
