• Proven ability to analyze data and create dashboards for oversight.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Research federal, state, and local employment laws and staffing regulations.
• Identify gaps, assess risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training across the organization.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Legal, and Payroll on initiatives and policy consistency.
• Support onboarding compliance, including I-9s and audits.
• Conduct audits, monitoring, and quality assurance reviews.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and trends.
• Maintain investigations, training records, and corrective actions.
• Support enterprise-wide risk assessments and strengthen controls.
• Assist with internal investigations with HR and Legal.
• Coordinate audits and client compliance assessments.
• Evaluate vendors and technology to reduce risk.
• Identify process improvements for reporting and monitoring.
