Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own corporate card process from start to finish with correct coding.
• Manage employee expense reimbursements.
• Produce monthly travel spend reporting for leadership.
• Handle prepaid schedules and monthly amortization.
• Record month-end journal entries.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for a set of accounts.
• Review and approve vendor invoices.
• Provide support for international entity accounting.
