Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in construction, administration and/or project management.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and schedules.
• Manage documentation and communications between teams and clients.
• Assist in procurement of materials and budget adherence.
• Facilitate site meetings, take notes and track action items.
• Maintain project records and prepare management reports.
