Job summary

SCG Fields, LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead internal planning, financial management, procurement, documentation, coordination, and closeout for construction projects in Brecksville, OH. This onsite role partners with the Construction Manager, Superintendent, estimators, and trade partners to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule.

The candidate will manage budgets, track costs, and drive profitability while supporting field teams and owners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects with budgets, procurement, and change orders.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including owners, GC, and trade partners.
• Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project setup with budgets, documentation, and required systems.
• Forecast final project profitability and communicate risks.
• Procure materials, subcontractors, and equipment while maintaining quality and schedule.
• Review proposals for value, scope alignment, and accuracy.
• Maintain complete project documentation and distribute updated information.
