This full-time, on-site role focuses on coordinating interpreters for assignments across industries, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring accurate coverage in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have solid scheduling experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of scheduling/dispatch coordination experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact interpreters to coordinate and confirm assignments.
• Prioritize urgent, same-day, next-day, and difficult requests.
• Maintain relationships with interpreters to ensure coverage.
• Identify availability gaps and recruit/interact with interpreters.
• Verify qualifications and requirements before bookings.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and statuses.
• Resolve conflicts and last-minute coverage issues.
• Encourage use of self-scheduling tools and collaborate with teams.
