Universal Language Service, Inc. seeks a motivated ASL-fluent Scheduler to join our Bellevue team. You will connect qualified ASL interpreters with assignments across diverse industries, coordinating coverage and ensuring accurate, efficient bookings.

We value problem-solving, passion for accessibility, and ability to maintain strong relationships with interpreters. Previous professional interpreting experience is not required for this scheduling role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in American Sign Language with strong communication skills.
• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, coordination, or related Deaf community services.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, email, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact ASL interpreters to coordinate assignments.
• Prioritize urgent or hard-to-fill scheduling requests.
• Maintain positive relationships with interpreters for reliable coverage.
• Verify credentials, availability, and assignment requirements before bookings.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and statuses.
• Resolve cancellations and last-minute coverage issues.
