Job summary

ITS Logistics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to manage transportation for customers within the ITS network. You will procure capacity, oversee service and execution across multiple supply chains, and collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver innovative logistics solutions while maintaining service levels.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure capacity to ensure transportation of customer's freight happens timely and efficiently.
• Source and vet capacity to ensure carrier meets ITS high standards of excellence and safety.
• Provide solutions to customer's supply chain challenges in time-sensitive, high pressure situations.
• Balance competitiveness with operational expectations in alignment with customer requirements.
• Negotiate rates with carrier partners.
• Track all shipments consistently throughout transit to ensure on time pickup and delivery.
• Provide real time updates to customers on the location of their goods.
• Ensure excellent data integrity in all systems.
• Efficiently pair shipments across the network and multiple teams to minimize cost.
