Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretations for customer service inquiries in Spanish, interpreting between English and Spanish.
• Shall be available within the agreed upon timeframe to receive and respond to inquiries outside of standard scheduling.
• Be available for on-call scheduling, as well as possible over-the-phone interpretation.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all interpretations and translations; protect PHI/PII while interpreting; adhere to HIPAA and Privacy Act requirements.
