Responsibilities

• Manage and update access control systems for employees, visitors, and vendors across multiple sites
• Issue, distribute, collect, deactivate, and track physical security badges and credentials
• Perform onsite access coordination across construction sites and secured areas
• Maintain accurate records within security and access management software
• Monitor and respond to access requests, permissions updates, and system alerts in real time
• Coordinate with site teams, security personnel, and operations staff to ensure proper access permissions
• Assist with audits of access logs, credential records, and security reports
• Provide administrative support related to security operations, documentation, and reporting
• Support multiple locations with consistent processes and compliance standards
