Job summary

Gemini Legal Support Inc in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage end-to-end mail flows, physical and digital records, and client deliveries. You will oversee mail operations, scanning, inventory, and shipments, ensuring HIPAA compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires a HS diploma, at least 1 year in mailroom/shipping, and strong attention to detail. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, onsite in Rocklin with hourly pay between $19.23 and $23.56.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a mailroom, shipping, or document management role preferred.
• Knowledge of mail and shipping operations (packaging, labeling, postage, carriers).
• High attention to detail and accuracy; strict data security and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, pack, label, and document shipments ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages with correct postage and timely delivery.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and digital communications with proper routing.
• Operate and maintain mailing and scanning equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Ensure high-quality scans with proper file naming and metadata for digital storage.
• Review records for HIPAA compliance before release and assist with audits.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.
