Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Neenah, WI to bridge production, customer service, and logistics. You will schedule shipments, manage inventory, and partner with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year in shipping/receiving and inventory control, proficiency in Excel/Word, SAP experience, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. 1st shift, onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on-time customer deliveries.
• Prepare daily inbound and outbound shipment schedules.
• Schedule freight carriers and assign shipments using cost-effective transportation methods.
• Determine the appropriate mode of transportation for shipments.
• Communicate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers regarding customer-paid freight.
• Generate UPS and FedEx shipping files and labels.
• Manage dock activity with truck drivers and forklift operators.
• Adjust inventory transactions within SAP.
• Reconcile inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Receive and tag customer-owned products.
• Review new orders and process order changes affecting existing shipments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between production and customer service teams.
• Report shipment and inventory data into customer-based systems.
• Meet daily with production scheduling teams.
• Participate in meetings to communicate policy changes and updates.
• Provide backup support to the Shipping Manager or Senior Shipping Clerk as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
