Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a 12-month, onsite assignment in Madison, WI. You will coordinate manufacturing, order configuration, inventory transactions and shipping to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time, maintain batch records and ERP transactions, and support cross-functional projects.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years in a warehouse/shipping environment, SAP/ERP experience, strong attention to detail, and

• 3–5 years in a comparable warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to follow SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Responsibilities

• Follow the Buyer/Planner schedule to meet customer shipping commitments.
• Plan and execute dynamic shipping schedules based on order quantity and model mix.
• Perform final configuration of customer orders.
• Pull required software and coordinate timely computer loading.
• Assemble select line items for customer orders.
• Coordinate with multiple departments when orders have cross-functional requirements.
• Use the MRP/SAP system to perform inventory transfers and transactions.
• Identify incorrect order configurations and escalate issues or recommend corrections.
• Support and provide backup for other department order configuration processes.
• Create and update Manufacturing Details (MFDs) as required.
• Occasionally perform assembly work on production lines.
• Maintain accurate batch records in accordance with SOPs and GDP.
• Complete ERP transactions accurately and on time.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Summary:

The Senior Manufacturing Planning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating manufacturing, order configuration, inventory transactions, and shipping activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and delivered on time. • Ability to identify configuration or order issues and make appropriate recommendations.
