Job summary

Astrodyne TDI, LLC is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Hackettstown, New Jersey. You will receive and inspect freight, pull and pack orders, and coordinate carrier pickups while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years in a warehouse setting, with forklift experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy and condition.
• Process receipts and store merchandise in designated locations.
• Package merchandise and assemble packing materials per instructions.
• Schedule carrier pickup appointments with shipping vendors.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Complete data entry and key daily warehouse transactions.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet delivery requirements.
