Job summary

Dover Corporation's PSG division is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our onsite warehouse team in the USA. You will handle daily warehousing functions, receive goods, pull, package, and process orders for domestic and international shipment, including export documentation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, forklift experience, and familiarity with Oracle EBS, WMS, Synapse or RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-years' experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experienced in international shipping including export shipping documentation strongly preferred.
• Oracle EBS / WMS / Synapse / RF Scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and prepares products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is packaged.
• Operates warehouse material handling equipment.
• Responsible for paperwork traceability and lot heat/lot number traceability.
• Generate and review all export paperwork for customs clearance.
• Process UPS, FedEx and DHL shipments.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
