Job summary

SHI International Corporation in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load and unload deliveries, document inventory, and prepare orders for stocking and shipping. You will create packing slips, labels, and palletized shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook skills, experience with AX and WAX Packship, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend shifts and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel and squat for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Document and properly label inbound inventory in AX.
• Organize stock and packages for receipt of completed purchase orders (PO).
• Verify orders and receipts for stocking and shipping.
• Process orders in our shipping system and create packing slips and shipping labels.
• Pack orders to our customer’s standards and ISO quality policies; build palletized shipments.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure all client-related information and documentation is handled in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements.
