Astrodyne TDI, LLC in Hackettstown, NJ seeks an Inside Account Manager to own the customer experience for a strategic account. You will coordinate Sales, Operations, Quality, Service, Engineering, Program Management, and Finance to ensure accurate order handling and timely updates.

The role emphasizes transaction management, proactive communication, and escalation control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with 100% onsite work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service, account management, or order management in manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume emails with accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Onsite work capability in Hackettstown, New Jersey.

Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in Epicor.
• Generate packing lists and invoices for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep orders, commitments, and service needs moving forward.
• Reconcile open orders between Epicor and the customer portal.
• Own the returns process from initiation to resolution.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies with Finance and Accounting.
• Respond to daily customer status requests with accuracy and urgency.
• Support escalation resolution and participate in customer status calls.
• Collaborate with Quality on complaints and corrective actions.
