Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, with forklift certification and strong communication abilities for work with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience (or equivalent).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with inbound transportation provider.
• Assist carrier with US Customs import clearance.
• Physically receive freight.
• Verify material received with vendor packing list.
• Record discrepancies.
• Enter shipment details into ERPIn.
• Assist with moving and putting away material.
• Adhere to Safety, Quality, Environment, Security and Employee Handbook regulations.
