AECOM is seeking a Safety, Health & Environmental Manager for an onsite role in Brooklyn, NY. You will provide leadership for EHS programs, supervise CM EHS staff, and coordinate with client operations to ensure compliance with EH&S plans and JHAs.

Ideal candidates have ASP/CHST, 8+ years in construction safety, and strong incident-investigation skills, with 3+ years in people management. NYCDEP experience is a plus. Relocation sponsorship not offered.

Formación

• BA/BS in Safety or Engineering with 8+ years of relevant construction safety experience.
• ASP or CHST certification is required.
• U.S. driver's license is required.
• 5+ years in construction safety; 3+ years in personnel management.
• Experience with NYCDEP or NYC construction safety a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, and mentorship to assigned personnel.
• Oversee staffing, workload distribution, and resource utilization for project success.
• Ensure implementation of CM EHS plans and EHASP.
• Supervise onsite CM EHS staff and coordinate with client operations.
• Prepare Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and conduct CM staff training.
• Review EHS submittals, incident reports, and corrective actions.
• Lead weekly EHS meetings and conduct frequent site visits.
• Track contractor compliance with EHS plans and performance metrics.
