AECOM is seeking a Safety, Health & Environmental Manager for an on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. You will lead the EHS team, oversee construction safety plans, incident reviews, and ensure compliance with EH&S policies across the project.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years of relevant experience, and ASP/CHST certification. NYC site work includes coordinating with the client and maintaining rigorous safety performance and reporting.

Qualificações

• BA/BS plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• ASP or CHST Certification.
• U.S. Valid Driver License.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, and mentorship to assigned personnel, including establishing performance expectations, conducting evaluations, identifying training needs, and supporting professional development.
• Oversee personnel assignments, workload distribution, and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage and successful execution of project responsibilities.
• Ensure the implementation of AECOM’s EHS Management Plans and EH&S protocols on site.
• Supervise and actively manage onsite EHS staff and collaborate with client operations to manage SH&E aspects of construction.
• Support Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and conduct various training for CM staff including orientations and Emergency Action Plan training.
• Review EHS submittals (EHASPs, JHAs, monthly reports, waste plans, SWPPP, etc.) to verify comprehensive oversight.
