Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with LANs, WANs, PCs, messaging and server software.
• Ability to automate tasks with basic scripting.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, repair, test, and service systems and equipment.
• Repair hardware and peripherals; identify problems and resolve efficiently.
• Install and test system hardware at customer sites.
• Complete service call documentation for billing and returns.
• Support internal teammates and client sites on site.
• Pursue continuous learning and advancement opportunities.
