Job summary

GCyber is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a high-profile Air Force program and its security operations center. The role builds workflows, dashboards, and modules the program runs on, including incident, change, asset, and project delivery, onsite at Joint Base Andrews, MD.

You will work with Government sprint and DevOps teams to develop ITSM/ITBM/ITAM, build dashboards, and configure the platform to reflect system changes.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• ServiceNow CAD certification.
• DoD 8140/8570 IA baseline certification.
• BA/BS and 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience; degree may be waived with experience.
• Experience in ITSM, ITBM, ITAM development.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum ServiceNow development and workflows.
• Develop ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules and dashboards.
• Build dashboards and reporting from tickets and network data.
• Configure and customize platform reflecting design changes.
• Respond to user change requests and implement in platform.
• Support ServiceNow training for government and contractor staff.
