Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) seeks a ServiceNow Developer for a ground-floor Agile team supporting federal IT modernization efforts in the Washington, DC area. This onsite role requires daily commuting and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM modules; building forms, dashboards, and integrations; and helping design business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including upgrades.
• Experience designing and supporting technology infrastructure.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Build forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations with external systems.
• Support platform upgrades and documentation.
• Engage with customers to address technical considerations and decisions.
• Develop and test ServiceNow applications in an Agile environment.
