Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) in Washington, DC seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join a brand-new Agile team supporting federal IT modernization. You will architect, build, and integrate ServiceNow infrastructure to support mission-critical capabilities on-site.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, ServiceNow development experience, and the ability to collaborate across engineering and analysis teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Current Security+ or equivalent is required.
• Level III/IV education with 4–12 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years designing, developing and supporting infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of ServiceNow development, including upgrades.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication to collaborate with a virtual team.
• Willing to learn and adapt to rapid technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Build and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and scheduled reporting.
• Create and manage integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades.
• Help design and document business process flows and propose solutions based on operational needs.
• Configure ServiceNow functions and workflows to support ticketing, order management, and re‑engineered business processes.
• Analyze customer data trends to enhance user experience and network performance.
• Engage with customers on technical considerations, issues, and system engineering decisions.
• Develop, configure, customize, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform.
• Automate and orchestrate tasks and integrations across applications and platforms.
• Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Collaborate across engineering, development, and analysis teams to support ongoing enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and follow development best practices.
• Gather cross‑functional requirements to support ongoing ServiceNow configuration and support.
• Incorporate UI/UX requirements into ServiceNow development.
• Follow coding standards and contribute to technical documentation.
• Support data migration activities.
• Design solutions aligned with configuration management policies.
• Integrate and maintain high‑quality data across multiple sources within the CMDB.

This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring a daily commute to the Washington, DC area. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.Ability to pass additional customer suitability screening(s) prior to start.
• Current Security+ or equivalent/higher.
• Education and experience depending on job level:
  • Level III: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4-8 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Level IV: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8-12 years of relevant experience (or a Master’s and 6+ years). Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience, including experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks, and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively and effectively collaborate with a virtual team, clearly articulate status, and develop and present management-level briefings to customers and program leadership.
• Demonstrated potential and willingness to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology and receive mentoring from senior developers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology
• Exposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.
• AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications.

PAY RANGE:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
