Job summary

Polarits is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our Erie, PA onsite team for a 12‑month engagement. The role focuses on ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB, with a strong emphasis on governance, security, and scale across enterprise services.

You will implement Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, maintain CMDB data integrity, and build integrations with AD, SCCM, AWS, Azure using REST/SOAP. Collaboration with business units is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow administration and development in a large enterprise.
• Expertise with ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB design and governance.
• Experience building integrations with Active Directory, SCCM, AWS, Azure.
• Strong JavaScript/Glide Script skills and scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Shell.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to align solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and enhance ServiceNow for ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• Lead implementations for Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Maintain CMDB data integrity via reconciliation and CSDM.
• Design workflows and automations to optimize performance.
• Develop integrations with AD, SCCM, AWS, Azure using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with partners on roadmaps and governance.
• Support platform governance, changes, upgrades, and health monitoring.
• Support Asset and Configuration Management aligned with ITIL.
• Design solutions balancing functionality, cost, and sustainability.
• Ensure RBAC and security standards compliance.
• Document configurations and processes.
• Contribute to Agile delivery and deployment activities.
