JPS Tech Solutions seeks a highly experienced ServiceNow ITSM professional to lead design, implementation, and support of ITSM and ITOM across on‑prem and cloud (AWS & Azure). The role focuses on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM alignment with strong governance and automation.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years IT experience and 10+ years with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, plus proven integration with AWS/Azure and extensive API development.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Proven experience with Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
• Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Lead CMDB and CSDM framework implementation, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
• Deploy and manage ServiceNow Discovery across on-prem, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Create and enhance custom discovery patterns for complex environments.
• Implement and maintain service mapping for infrastructure and application services.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automations.
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with third-party tools.
• Develop ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Pages.
