Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Build-to-Rent Onsite Service Technician in Huntsville, AL. You will maintain the physical integrity, safety, and appearance of the community, respond to maintenance requests, and support resident satisfaction with high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical or trade school certification preferred
• Prior maintenance experience in residential or property management preferred
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair desired

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general systems
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment for maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently with minimal resident disruption
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency maintenance requests
