Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to support on-site maintenance at Paragon Westover Hills. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and assist with apartment make-readies while upholding safety standards and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and coordinating with the Community Manager. Must have basic computer skills and HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to perform repairs and restorations to move-in ready condition.
• Completes maintenance requests and upkeep across exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assists with preventive maintenance and make-readies for apartments.
• Responds to resident requests per company standards.
• Follows OSHA and safety guidelines and reports hazards.
