Job summary

Manpower is seeking an Onsite Service Specialist in Brodhead, WI, to support customer service and supply chain activities. The role operates 8:00 am–4:30 pm with a pay rate of $23 per hour, offering a structured weekday shift within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include placing orders, sourcing, data analysis for cost savings, and collaborating with the Category Team on sourcing strategies. Lean/Six Sigma involvement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows computers and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AS400 (preferred but not required).
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer order placement, quoting, sourcing, and identification processes.
• Manage Cost Savings Statistics by collecting, logging, and analyzing data.
• Oversee MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including vendor-managed inventory and storeroom management programs.
• Determine sourcing strategies for key customer projects in collaboration with the Category Team.
• Participate in customer plant and production meetings, supporting strategic initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma events.
