Job summary

Catalent Madison is seeking a Specialist I - Materials Management to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping. This role emphasizes accurate material handling and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

The position offers 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, onsite in Madison, WI, with responsibilities spanning FEFO picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, while adhering to safety standards in a climate-controlled lab setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stock, verify, identify inventory, or deliver materials using FEFO as needed.
• Accurately pick, pack, ship, and document all orders to meet customer requirements.
• Support freezer/cooler preventive maintenance as needed.
• Achieve and maintain zero shipping errors and zero inventory variances.
• Manage and prepare domestic and international ambient and temperature-controlled shipments.
• Participate in daily and annual inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and be able to work overtime.
