Job summary

Advanced Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist ( onsite ) in Janesville, WI. The role focuses on maintaining inventory integrity, processing stock repairs, and managing material flow to technicians in a fast-paced factory environment.

You will control stock within budget, set reorder levels, process requisitions and POs, and work with departments to resolve inventory discrepancies while pursuing ongoing cost-reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and communicate clearly.
• Strong math, data interpretation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inventory integrity and restocking.
• Processes stock repairs and moves parts to technicians.
• Controls inventory within budget; adjusts stock and reorder levels.
• Handles requisitions, PO tracking, and order status.
• Maintains vendor usage and cost reduction initiatives.
