Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC, located in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all service activities, drive profitability, and ensure outstanding customer support for our mining and construction equipment portfolio.

The role focuses on leading the service team, organizing procedures, coordinating field and shop work, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment. Travel is required to support customers and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of related mining/construction equipment experience.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong mechanical/technical background for root-cause analysis.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Advanced training in maintenance systems, reporting, and databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote service business to generate revenue and expand offerings.
• Lead and manage competency center employees and coaching.
• Implement service procedures for warranty, failure analysis, and safety compliance.
• Supervise technicians in-field and at service center.
• Coordinate aftermarket staff to meet center goals.
• Develop technicians and subcontractors with product and admin training.
• Manage service resources and maintain safety/environmental standards.
