Job summary

Acuity Inc. in the Costa Mesa, CA area is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to support the Services Team by coordinating service repairs, spare parts, and returns to vendors. This onsite role requires collaboration with Service Technicians, Logistics, and Customer Care across regions to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes planning with the Supply Master Planner, accurate inventory control, and interaction with OEM partners. A.A. degree and 3+ years in related fields are expected.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree in general education or management.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or material/inventory planning.
• Work experience in planning material in a service center environment.
• 2+ years experience working with Oracle, Salesforce or similar platforms, such as SAP, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service Center coordination: Move spare parts and serviceable/non-serviceable items; manage return-to-repair workflow; coordinate with OEM for RMA; supervise local spare parts room; maintain records; identify gaps for efficiency.
• Planning: Align with the Supply Master Planner/Scheduler; monitor PO status; reconcile receipts; resolve parts availability and delivery time for service parts; generate IDRs as needed; coordinate with Parts Service Specialist on incoming orders.
• Internal and External Service Center: Support inventory oversight, audits, reconciliation, and Oracle receiving; coordinate unit reclassification and labeling; move units to OEM partners when needed; ensure service continuity across centers.
