Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics experience focused on moving inventory
• Proficiency with CRM systems for entering and tracking data
• Advanced Excel skills for data entry and spreadsheets
• Typing test with a minimum 37 words per minute
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer support, dispatch, calls or call center environments
• Ability to schedule and coordinate logistics activities
• Willingness to learn and use all relevant systems and equipment
• Good time management and task-follow-through in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule timely pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.
• Link multiple orders to optimize routes and resources.
• Oversee vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement.
• Communicate via email, phone, and CRM with stakeholders.
• Update CRM with notes, photos and documents after calls/emails.
• Create and manage CRM tasks to keep deadlines current.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Prepare bid sheets and offer flat fees on orders as directed.
• Manage the storage facility and track vehicles using VINs.
• Check vehicles into the facility and note damage or issues.
• Inventory items left inside vehicles and document findings.
• Move vehicles on/off lot and stage for pickup.
• Maintain accurate on-lot inventory and documentation.
• Verify vehicles start and operate properly and report issues.
• Monitor team dashboard to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Provide outstanding customer service with timely updates.
• Demonstrate teamwork and professional integrity in all activities.
• Balance client requirements with policies and procedures and take accountability.
