Job summary

Edwards, a brand within Atlas Copco Group, seeks an Onsite Service Engineer to support customers at TSMC with expert repair services and site visits in Phoenix, AZ. You will ensure safety, perform installs, and document activities at customer sites.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will diagnose issues, repair systems, and provide timely service recommendations to meet customer needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or AS degree required
• AS degree preferred or equivalent military experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Visit sites for planned and ad hoc inspections, servicing, troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities
• Serve as on-site contact, provide service recommendations and address customer needs promptly
