The ideal candidate has 3+ years dispatch or scheduling experience, experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years dispatching or scheduling experience.
• Experience in heavy equipment or automotive service preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers at all levels.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and assign jobs to Service Technicians.
• Manage new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system.
• Use the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments.
• Communicate with Service and Parts teams to optimize workloads and meet customer needs.
• Manage incoming job leads using established processes.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Oversee the WIP report and billing accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and complete incident reports when needed.
