Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of onsite and remote service activities from demand creation through delivery and close-out.
• Act as primary point of contact for service customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, creating a service work order and scheduling/dispatching personnel.
• Schedule resources to support standard service agreements.
• Make decisions on scheduling and movement of resources and materials based on service calls and urgency.
• Order and track parts and subcontractors for maintenance plans and service calls.
• Evaluate time-and-material service orders for costs and scope; process invoices per billing practices.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
