Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Coordinator in Pomona, CA, available 100% onsite. You will support the Customer Center by coordinating service technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs, managing quotes, parts, and invoicing while ensuring top customer service and adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with handheld devices. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of related-field experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile handheld devices (Smartphone, iPad).
• Salesforce experience is a plus; forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Guide and develop service technicians; assist in technical issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Manage service inventory and rental fleets; track locations and status.
• Ensure safety and Operational Excellence adherence in Customer Center.
• Earn customer loyalty by managing interactions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Generate and follow up on service quotes and seek new business.
• Order and receive parts; monitor shipping/receiving; data entry of service requests.
• Submit warranty claims and ship parts to factory.
• Ensure SARBOX compliance.
• Display team effort and flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
